Who we are

Michael Howard (Founder):

Michael is a former senior economist for the construction industry and has worked in roles such as strategy and marketing for the largest cement supplier in the world, Director of FP&A, and CFO at a Google Premier Partner company with operations in the US, Singapore, Tokyo, and Manila. Michael currently resides in Athens Georgia with his wife and son.

Beth Fajardo (Co-Founder):

Beth is an accounting and HR professional with more than 10 years experience as an accountant in the Philippines and abroad. Beth worked inside the BPO industry managed accounting team for international tech startups in the United States.

Dean ParRis (Account Manager):

Dean joined the Peach team in 2020. His professional background yields 2 decades of experience in the following fields; digital marketing, sales, and tour management. His leadership has been utilized by Fortune 500 companies such as Sony Entertainment, Coca-Cola USA, ESPN, and CBS television. In short, Dean is passionate about helping others problem solve, in the most efficient way possible, while focusing on how to raise the bottom line. In his spare time, he enjoys kayaking, traveling, and spending time with his family. Legend has it, he also makes the most amazing homemade lasagna.

Heather Dean (Director of Business Development and Outreach):

Heather is a business development and marketing professional with 25+ years of experience in helping organizations make great choices toward growth. Heather brings expert customer management skills and strategic sales and marketing background to assist PeachBPO clients map out their path to achieving their business objectives. Heather’s professional background includes working for firms like Credit-Suisse and DellEMC. Heather hails from Boston College and enjoys a great glass of wine and meeting new people.

Cora Nabor (Executive Administrator):

Cora is an executive secretary/administrative assistant for the past 18 years in the Philippines. She has extensive experience with administrative, secretarial, and HR-related tasks. Cora has held positions in the pharmaceutical, investment, and architectural industries, and she looks forward to assisting Peach and clients alike.

Rochela Sapitan (Staff Accountant):

Rochela is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 6 years of accounting experience in banking, financial, retail, entertainment, academia and manufacturing industries in the Philippines and Qatar. She has extensive experience in reconciliations, bookkeeping and analysis. Her professional background will assist PeachBPO clients in problem-solving and financial reporting while at the same time she may provide strategic recommendations to help the client achieve their goals.
